Emily Brown

I started at Pooch Palace in January of 2020. I am graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Animal Sciences with a concentration in Animal Agribusiness in December of 2020. During the Spring 2019 semester I started a club called Project Pooch at Purdue - where we worked with the local shelters to teach manners to the harder to place pups.

I have grown up loving animals, and I have had large breed dogs my whole life. I have worked as a zookeeper and in doggy daycares during the summers while I have been at college, and I enjoy getting to spend my time at work with everyone’s dogs.

At home I have two dogs; a 13 year old Golden Retriever/Lab mix (AJ) and a 6 year old American Staffordshire/Rottweiler mix (Ginger) However, here at school, my boyfriend and I have an 8 month old American Bully, named Evie.

I am so happy to be working at Pooch Palace because I love the love and attention that Paul and the rest of the staff give to the dogs. Pooch Palace is the best place I could ever imagine taking my dog for daycare and boarding - even grooming. I am so excited to get to work with everyone’s animals and make their experiences memorable. This is clearly the best job in the world!
